The AITPM Board will establish selection panel to consider all submissions and the assessment will be against the nomination requirements.
Up to 5 entrants will be selected as finalists to proceed to the Online Finalist Presentation stage, which will take place in June via an online webinar(s).
Following assessment by the selected entrants will be required to give a 15 minute online presentation in the form of a webinar(s).
At the webinar each entrant will present.
There may be an opportunity for attendees to cast a vote on their top pick of the presentations to encourage audience participation, however this is not part of the formal judging process.
The judging panel will recommend an overall winner to the Board for their endorsement. The Board's decision will be final.
The winning entrant will be advised as soon as possible following the finalist presentations.
The selected winning entrant will receive a free National Conference registration and a Conference Dinner ticket, valued in excess of $1,500 for the National Conference in Sydney in July in order to be presented with the AITPM Excellence Award at the Conference Dinner.
This prize is not transferable.
The Award winners will be invited to:
- present in a further webinar during following 12 months;
- provide an article about the winning entry;
- participate in a member profile interview for the AITPM newsletter and website.
This invitation may also be extended to the other finalists, where appropriate, at AITPM's discretion.
