Victorian Emerging Professionals Network Buddy Program 2023

Are you an undergraduate or recent graduate?

With the success from the pilot program last year, the AITPM VIC Emerging Professionals Network is calling for all undergraduates, graduates and young professionals who would be interested in participating in the AITPM VIC Emerging Professionals  Buddy Program for the year 2023.

This Program is designed so that aspiring or newly joined professionals can interact with other young professionals who have established themselves in the profession in the transport industry. This is an opportunity for passion-driven community members to build new network, socialise and share knowledge.

The Program will run over the course of 6 months where each mentee (aka Junior Buddy) will be paired with a mentor (aka Experienced Buddy) based on similar areas of interest, where possible. Several networking or social events will be hosted in Melbourne throughout the Program, allow participants to expand their network and meet others outside the one-on-one mentorship.

Each Junior and Experienced Buddy will be given the freedom to approach the Program in any manner that best accommodates the individuals and make the most of this opportunity.
