Join us for presentations by Marg Prendergast – Coordinator General, Transport for NSW and Michael Stokoe – Associate Director Freight and Servicing, Sydney Coordination Office, Transport for NSW.

Registrations and light breakfast will start at 7.30am with presentations and questions from 8.00-9.00am.

This is a free event for AITPM Members only and is strictly limited to the first 50 registrations. 


Marg Prendergast has been appointed to lead the Sydney Coordination Office (SCO) to oversee the planning and operations of traffic, transport and communications during the transformation of Sydney with various major transport projects and property redevelopments.  Marg also manages the Transport Management Centre (TMC) and transport security.

Marg has qualifications in economics and town planning with over 30 years’ experience in transport including; data analysis, transport planning, safety, project management and the delivery of capital programs, operational initiatives and events.

Marg was Operations Planning Manager for the Olympic Roads and Transport Authority for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and managed the City precinct during Games time.  Marg has spent the last decade focused on safety initiatives and was the General Manager of the NSW Centre for Road Safety.

Michael leads the freight and servicing team within the SCO.  Michael’s role within the SCO is focused on the efficiency of current CBD freight and servicing activity and also looking to future strategies that will serve the city for decades to come.

Prior to joining TfNSW Michael worked in Australia for AECOM, Australia Post and IBM. His previous logistics experience spans Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East in operational, planning and logistics system implementation roles.
