Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of your ability to attend the National Conference being impacted by COVID, including travel restrictions, designated hot spots, lockdowns, potential or actual illness, you will be entitled to either transfer your registration to another person (preferred) or obtain a full refund of your registration - to be credited back to the person or entity that paid for the registration.
You are required to advise AITPM in writing as soon as possible if you wish to transfer or are required to cancel your registration.
If AITPM cancels the event due to COVID impacts you will be entitled to a full refund - to be credited back to the person or entity that paid for the registration.
Please note that AITPM does not accept any responsibility for any reimbursement or assistance with travel, accommodation, or any associated costs including quarantine. Delegates are encouraged to consider their own travel insurance and to understand the cancellation policies for their travel and accommodation providers.
Delegates are strongly encouraged to monitor the relevant government travel and health advisory notices and comply with all directions.
If your reason for cancellation is not COVID related, we strongly encourage you to transfer your registration to another person. If you are unable to transfer your registration, the standard cancellation and refunds policy applies - refer to the Commerce Policy.
