AITPM members and friends are invited to celebrate the end of 2019 with a Technical Tour, Lunch, Golf, Networking and Dinner.

- Keynote Speakers: Paul Younis – Secretary of the Department of Transport
Program / Options
10.00am: Participants meet at the Transurban Control Room (49 Balston Street, Southbank) to start the tour of the facility.
Transurban is one of the world’s largest toll-road operators who build and operate toll roads in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, as well as in Greater Washington, United States and Montreal, Canada. Transurban operate CityLink here in Melbourne, a 22km road which is mostly 8 lanes wide and includes the Bolte Bridge and the Burnley and Domain tunnels. Join the AITPM for a tour of the CityLink control room to see live footage of the road operations and learn how the road is managed during disruption. The tour will be an hour and a half and morning tea will be provided.
Please note that the tour is limited to 20 people with no more than 2 people from each organisation.
11:30pm: Tour concluded, participants can then head back into the city or head to Albert Park Golf Course if playing golf.
Golf / Lunch
12:30pm: Assemble at Albert Park Golf Course for a BBQ lunch and drinks.
1:30pm: Golf at the Albert Park Golf Course, nine holes of golf, played Ambrose Rules. Golf clubs, buggies, balls, and refreshments are provided courtesy of our sponsor. Relax and enjoy the afternoon. Form a team of work colleagues and clients, or join with others who came on their own. Previous golf experience and talent is entirely optional.
Comfortable clothes and walking shoes are essential.
6:00pm: Pre-Dinner Drinks and Dinner Function at the RACV Club (Level 2, Club Pavilion Room). Keynote Speaker is Paul Younis – Secretary of the Department of Transport
