Please note that the AITPM Membership period runs from 01 April to 31 March annually regardless of the date on which you join and you will be required to renew your membership by 1 April each year in order to keep your membership active.
Membership Application Process
- Select appropriate membership level via the buttons below
- Create or sign in to existing user account - if you are creating a new account, you will first enter some basic contact details and then receive an email to confirm your login. This will provide you with a link to your Member Portal.
- Complete required information in your Member Portal* - your portal identifies a number of steps to be completed. Please note that your application will be not be submitted for consideration until every stage has been completed. Payment can be made via credit or debit card.
- Await approval - Your application will be reviewed by the relevant State committee and you will receive notification of the outcome of the review within 2 weeks. Successful applicants will then be able to log into the website and access all member privileges.
*NB: As part of the application, you will need to provide details of two referees and a copy of your resume demonstrating your relevant industry experience. Please make sure you have these available before commencing the application process.
Members who are eligible to upgrade from one category of membership to another should apply using the relevant Membership Upgrade Application form. These can be found in the menu links on the left hand side of this page.
Open to individuals working in an AITPM related fields with various categories to reflect industry experience.
Open to corporate organisations, government agencies, businesses and associations with links to the transport planning or traffic management sector.
Open to current, full-time undergraduate students undertaking their first degree in an AITPM related field.
