Traffic & Transport Engineer | SITE Traffic

This role will see you self managing a wide range of projects including, but not limited to parking studies, traffic impact assessments, construction traffic management plans, traffic engineering designs, road safety and more.
It is also anticipated you will play a role in providing guidance and direction as part of managing less experiences staff.
This position will also give you the opportunity to develop your own client base and participate in ongoing business development activities.
3 to 6 years' experience ideally with a consulting background.
Working knowledge of Sidra software.
Well-developed spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong understanding and knowledge of traffic engineering principals, standards and guidelines (Australian Standards, TMR guidelines, Austroads etc).
Some road, intersection and car parking design experience highly regarded.
Road safety audit experience highly regarded.
Desire to work towards RPEQ certification.
