We are seeking a Senior Planning and Engineering Officer to join DPLH in our Infrastructure Policy and Planning team, within the Strategy and Engagement Division. If you have a degree in Civil, Traffic or Transport Engineering or Urban/ Regional Planning relevant to Transport Planning and skills and experience in transport planning, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you would be responsible for delivering road planning projects, reporting on transport matters related to urban planning and development applications, investigating, and contributing to a range of transport planning and policy issues and engaging with stakeholders.
The Infrastructure Policy and Planning branch assists in the coordination of infrastructure, scheme amendments, policy development and provides transport planning advice to metropolitan and regional planning directorates within the DPLH, as well as external agencies.
