The Opportunity
Reporting to the Transport Manager, our Transport Engineer will focus on providing a range of professional and high-quality technical services to support the effective operation of the Parking and Traffic Team.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
Providing support for operations and contract management of key parking and transport projects
Providing high levels of customer service in response to customer enquiries and requests
Review, analyse data and provide expert advice to inform decision making processes
Ideally with a background in Engineering or equivalent combination of skills and experience. We are seeking a strong team operator with:
- Demonstrated technical and operational knowledge and skills in delivering effective parking operational processes and systems.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills
- Experience in Analysis and research and ability to provide informed recommendations to challenging issues
