About this event
The Brisbane Metropolitan Traffic Management Centre (BMTMC) supports over three million residents and visitors in their journeys by managing all Brisbane City Council and State-owned roads throughout the greater metro area, as well as the city’s busways and Transport for Brisbane's massive bus fleet.
The QLD Emerging Professionals Network has been given a special opportunity to see inside this vital piece of infrastructure and gain an understanding of how the systems and devices are used to monitor and manage the Brisbane transport network. You’ll get the chance to speak to staff and hear about the issues and challenges they face in their roles and learn how they identify and respond to incidents across the network.
We'll meet in the lobby of Brisbane Square at 12.15pm to allow time for security sign in.
Places are strictly limited to 20 people, so don't delay in registering!
Registrations close 10am, Monday 8 September 2025, unless sold out prior.
For more information please contact the team at AITPM.
