Adam shares his experience of leading Transport for NSW’s COVID-19 Taskforce Incident Management Team, and the rapid and coordinated response that Transport for NSW undertook.
3. David Svolos, Director Analytics & Customer Research, Customer Strategy & Technology
David presents rich insights and trends on the changing travel patterns occurring on the transport network through the COVID-19 pandemic and where we are today.
