About this event
Join us for an insightful breakfast event hosted by our Future Mobility partner, WSP, as we delve into the future of transportation in Queensland through the Cooperative and Automated Vehicle Initiative (CAVI). CAVI is a pioneering project aimed at preparing Queensland's roads for the deployment of connected and automated vehicle technologies, promising improved safety outcomes, and developing the systems and knowledge to support increasing levels of vehicle automation as technologies advance.
Our presenters will discuss the following topics:
- CAVs in Australia - Where are we now?
- Government’s role in enabling the deployment of CAVs and what changes may be needed.
- Roadworks use cases for C-ITS - Near term outcomes and data preparedness.
This will be followed by a Q&A session with the speakers.
The event will have limited seating so please register your interest in advance.
Breakfast will be provided.
This event is kindly sponsored by WSP.
For any enquiries, please contact David Sulejic
