Thank you for your confirmation as an exhibitor at the 2024 AITPM National Transport Conference at the Crown Perth from Monday 12 August – Wednesday 14 August 2024.
To assist you with planning your time as an exhibitor at the Conference, below is all the information you need to ensure a smooth and successful Conference for you and your team. Please make sure you read all the information carefully and return all requested information within the requested timing.
Key Deadlines for your calendar:
- Complete and return OHS Declaration – By Friday 21 June 2024
- Complete and return Food Waiver Form – By Friday 21 June 2024
- Confirm your internet requirements with Crown Perth – By the end of June 2024
- Complete all Conference Registrations for you and your team – By end of June 2024

VENUE AND FLOORPLANS
REQUIRED FORMS
As part of the requirements of exhibiting at the AITPM National Transport Conference 2024, please complete the OHS Declaration and Food Waiver form and return to conference@aitpm.com.au by Friday 21 June 2024. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual and or AITPM Information Pack for more information.
INTERNET PACKAGES AND APPLICATION FORM
Crown can offer complimentary Wi-Fi service throughout the conference and exhibition area for basic browsing for 2 hours, then users will need to resubscribe.
If you require additional internet access, please refer to the Internet Packages available, then fill in the Internet Application Form and return to Danielle Massara, Crown Event Manager at danielle.massara@crownresorts.com.au
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Exhibitors bump in from 3pm Sunday, 11 August and bump out from 4.30pm Wednesday, 14 August 2024. Refer to the AITPM Information Pack for setup times and restrictions.
Please ensure your delivery arrives by Thursday 8 August 2024 or Friday 9 August 2024 at the latest. Deliveries will NOT be accepted over the weekend.
